Introduces various aspects of Mexican cultures, including pre-Colombian cultures, indigenous cultures, arts, literature, music, cinema, folklore, and regional artesanias (crafts). Additional focus on the process of the formation of a national identity and on contemporary political, economic, and cultural issues. Course conducted in Spanish.
