Company Grade Leadership Lab

Catalog description

Hands-on application of leadership attributes and competencies designed to prepare senior students/Cadets for active duty responsibilities. The commander, the staff, the military team, and U.S. Army ethics are the main focus. During this lab, Cadets will be placed in leadership positions and expected to plan, prepare, and execute concurrent training for the class and other Military Science classes. Meets for one two-hour period, once per week.
