Catalog description

Examines how human behavior influences organizational effectiveness. Topics include the impact of toxic versus positive management practices, current organizational challenges, emotional intelligence, empathy, and the role of diversity in the workplace. Students will develop a deeper understanding of interpersonal dynamics and relationships to enhance leadership skills and improve organizational outcomes.
