Corequisite: FSCH 4231 . Potentiometric titration, polargraphic, coulometric gas, chromatographic, ultraviolet, visible and infrared absorption, and atomic absorption techniques of analysis. Requirements and limitations of each technique for obtaining quantitative measurements; applications to various chemical systems from both theoretical and experimental standpoints. For Forensic Science majors only. Three hours lecture and one three-hour laboratory.
