Catalog description

Environmental problems and solutions with an emphasis on problems encountered in the Southeastern U.S. Topics include stormwater management, sinkhole flooding, karst subsidence, groundwater exploration, water well maintenance, landslides, and earthquake-resistant design. Five hours of combined lecture/laboratory per week. A weekend field trip is required.
