Fundamentals of robots, applications in research and industrial robotics, homogeneous transformations, forward and inverse kinematics of serial manipulators. Additional topics include parallel robots, manipulator dynamics, controls, path planning, and optimization. Hands-on activities such as field trips, robot programming, and projects are incorporated.
