Provides an overview of emerging technologies currently being tested and utilized in multiple sectors of the construction industry. Students will examine how new technologies are employed to improve project management, estimating, inspections, design, and safety. Advantages, implementation barriers, practical problem solving, and concepts related to change management analyzed in depth using cases and applied research methods.
