Catalog description

Introduces students to the fundamentals of construction scheduling and the critical path method (CPM). Work breakdown structures, activity sequencing, durations, network diagrams, scheduling logic, and bar charts developed using software. Students apply scheduling techniques to create and update project schedules, measure progress against baselines, and manage the construction process.
