A capstone course to enhance students’ leadership and human relation skills in the workplace. Topics include leadership styles, theories, characteristics of leaders (conceptual, technical, human relations), communication styles, group dynamics, conducting successful meetings, problem solving, goal setting, attitudes, motivation, self-concept, learning styles, time management, and employability skills.
