0). Topics include determination of airplane performance given basic aerodynamic, propulsion, structural, and atmospheric characteristics/conditions. Provides students with experience in characterizing the performance of various aircraft ranging from small single­ engine driven trainers to multiengine, turbofan powered, high performance passenger carrying airplanes. Spreadsheet software used extensively. For Technology concentration students, a flight demonstration at student expense is required at the university Flight School. Fee required.
