Catalog description

This course provides an introduction to the principles and practices of supply chain management. Students will explore how organizations plan, source, produce, and deliver goods and services within an integrated system of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers. Topics include logistics, inventory management, procurement, global supply chains, sustainability, and the role of technology in driving efficiency and competitiveness. Emphasis is placed on understanding the interconnected nature of supply chain activities and developing the analytical and managerial skills needed to improve decision-making across the value chain.
