An in-depth exploration of decision-making and leadership in the Army , emphasizing critical and creative thinking and the application of established processes to develop innovative solutions t o problems. Leadership forums and self-assessment tools are utilized to continue developing a deeper understanding of the Army profession. Includes Leadership Lab plus optional participation in the physical training program and field training exercises. (Every fall)
