Contract Evaluation and Award

Catalog description

This course focuses on the contract proposal evaluation process and awarding of contracts. Students will develop skills to distinguish between sole-course evaluations and competitive evaluations, as well as identify key evaluation factors to consider. Additionally, students will learn how to evaluate a prospective contractor’s ability to perform the contract and thereafter, understand the protest process.
