Principles of Contract Management

Catalog description

This course focuses on contracting as a professional career in the business administration realm. The National Contract Management Association’s Contract Management Standard is the basis for this course. Students are introduced to contract guiding principles that provide a framework for ethical and fair contract transactions for the seller and the buyer. Students are exposed to the Uniform Commercial Code and the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
