Catalog description

This course covers Leadership Theory and Practice. This course emphasizes the learning and application of key leadership models, principles, and practices. Additionally, for those students who want to be more effective leaders, this course endeavors to awaken the virtues of humility and caring for team members and for the mission of the organization within each student, and to provide very practical ways to be a positive effective leader. Each student will develop a personal improvement plan to be a more effective, virtuous leader.
