Catalog description

This is an Institutional Priority course that develops key competencies in critical thinking and oral communications through an introduction to the study of history. This course includes additional online modules to support Institutional Priority Learning Outcomes and Career Competencies. In addition, traditional classroom work will focus on American Military History in its larger social, political, economic and diplomatic contexts. The course offers an opportunity to develop critical thinking skills, and to create and present original arguments in an oral form.
