Psychological Statistics

Catalog description

This course provides a foundation study of descriptive and inferential, parametric, and non-parametric statistical techniques used in psychological research, including measures of central tendency, variability, correlation, regression analysis, hypothesis testing, t-tests, Chi-square, and simple analysis of variance. In addition, this course prepares students to use computers for upper-level statistical analyses. Finally, it prepares them for advanced classes in statistics.
