This foundational course explores homiletics as both an essential discipline and a creative art form that is critical to effective ministry. Students will engage the basic principles of hermeneutics and expository preaching, learning to interpret Scripture faithfully, consider and write gospel-centered sermons from every corner of scripture, conveying its truth with clarity, passion, and rhetorical strength.
