Principles and practice of successful relationships with senior pastor and staff personnel. PMIN/THEO 4833 Leadership Focus (3 cr.) This capstone course is for students seeking credentials in the Church of God (Anderson, IN). Students will complete five theological commitment papers covering Commitment 1: Sin and Salvation (including Membership, Baby Dedication, Communion, and Water Baptism); Commitment 2: Holiness (including Marriage and Sexual Purity); Commitment 3: Trinitarian Theology; Commitment 4: Nature and Authority of the Bible (including Hymnody and Hymnology); Commitment 5: Imago Dei (Image of God, Women in Ministry and Leadership, and Sexual and Gender Identity). Students will incorporate theological content from courses completed in their degree and research of Church of God (Anderson, IN) and related resources identified by Leadership Focus.
