Catalog description

This course is a supervised, field-based learning experience designed to cultivate thoughtful, reflective, and discerning ministry leaders. It integrates practical ministry service with intentional development of critical thinking skills, theological reasoning, and cultural analysis. Through guided mentorship, reflective journaling, assigned readings, and regular faculty/supervisor interaction, students will sharpen their ability to think biblically, analytically, and creatively about real-world ministry challenges. Emphasis is placed on interpreting Scripture responsibly, evaluating theological perspectives, engaging contemporary cultural issues, and making wise, evidence-based decisions in ministry contexts.
