This course provides comprehensive, "cradle-to-career" framework for students called to lead and disciple the rising generation. Moving beyond traditional, siloed ministry boundaries, this course integrates the essential pillars of children's, youth, and family ministries into a unified pastoral leadership strategy. Students will explore the theological foundations, developmental stages, and strategic systems required to partner and build a sustainable, intergenerational discipleship culture in the local church.
