This course focuses on developing the leadership skills essential for professional nursing practice. Emphasis is placed on the application of leadership and management principles in a healthcare setting. Students engage in quality improvement processes that strengthen their ability to collaborate with interprofessional partners, integrate evidence and informatics, and evaluate outcomes to support patient safety.
