This course explores key theories and practices of leadership in global and cross-cultural contexts. Students examine how cultural values, worldviews, and global systems influence leadership and learn to adapt their approaches across diverse environments. Emphasis is placed on applying global leadership concepts to real-world challenges such as ethical decision-making, cross-cultural communication, and leading diverse teams, while developing the intercultural competence and adaptive mindset essential for effective global leadership
