Catalog description

This course explores the processes necessary to identify the need for change using appropriate models, plan the process of change, obtain authorization for the change, and motivate the appropriate stakeholders to ensure success. Students will learn to sharpen the change attempts they believe are critical to an organization's survival and be provided with practical tools to face the potential resistance from people within the organization. Additionally, students will expand perspectives to communicate more effectively the need for change, involve more people in the change process, and allow team members to embrace innovation processes and practices in their roles.
