Catalog description

This course explores the key components that nurture and expand global leadership and organizational capabilities, mainly within the psychological contract between the leader and followers in group settings. Students study individual and team formation and development, the role and dimensions of leadership training, global assignments /learning experiences, as well as the intricacies of developmental relationships such as coaching and mentoring. Students study how organizational behavior concepts affect hybrid workforce learning and leadership effectiveness.
