This course introduces students to generative AI and its strategic uses in business and management. Students explore the applications of AI from a multidisciplinary perspective in business and the collaboration necessary between technical experts, business leaders, and end-users to address business needs. The topics covered in the course highlight AI ethics and responsibility in use. MGMT6513 Managing AI Organizational Infrastructure (3 cr.) This course provides a foundation for Al business applications, implementation, integration, and Al-enabled business growth and scaling. The course focuses on establishing governance and policies to ensure effective and ethical use of AI. Students will learn to utilize Al for content creation, customer experience, and support.
