Catalog description

This course explores problem-solving and decision-making through the lens of the scientific method of management. Students will develop the skills to discern between qualitative and quantitative approaches when addressing business challenges. Emphasis will be placed on creating computer-based solutions through mathematical modeling, enabling students to substantiate strategic decisions across various organizational functions such as operations, marketing, and finance.
