Catalog description

This is a capstone course integrating fundamental business concepts to create management policy and formulate a strategic plan. The course uses a computer-based simulation to allow students to practice decision-making, goal-setting, and performance reporting in an authentic free-enterprise structure. Knowledge of diverse business disciplines is applied to problem-solve and evaluate managerial performance.
