Math for Teachers II

Catalog description

This course is concerned with the planning for and teaching of mathematical experiences, dispositions toward teaching mathematics, and teacher responsibilities. Geometric shapes, measurement, geometry using triangle congruence and similarity, geometry using coordinates and transformations, fractals, and geometric constructions. Calculators, computers, and the internet are utilized. Offered every fall semester.
