Catalog description

This course provides a detailed look at the organizational structure of the healthcare delivery system and administrative processes, including productivity and quality improvement, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, marketing, and human resources management. This course contains end-of-program assessment assignments and should be taken during the final term when possible. It is recommended that students complete HC3203, HC3223, HC3313, HC3503, HC4303, and HC4103 prior to enrollment. However, exceptions may be made to prevent graduation delays.
