This course covers elements of financial management. Topics include capital budgeting, capital structure, cost of capital, financial ratios, financial statement analysis, planning and forecasting, risk analysis, security valuation, time value of money, working capital management, and sources of capital. FINC 4911-3 Finance Internship I (1-3 cr.) This course is designed to provide paraprofessional experience in the field of finance. The internship is a supervised work experience with an organization approved by the academic advisor. Written reports regarding the experience and employer are required. Credits vary, with 40 hours worked equating to one credit hour. Prerequisite: Junior Standing with at least 30 credits in business-related courses. FINC 4921-3 Finance Internship II (1-3 cr.)
