The student will focus on understanding, developing, and utilizing materials for various applications. The course explores the relationships between the structure, properties, processing, and performance of materials integrating knowledge from physics , chemistry, and mathematics to design materials with specific functionalities, such as those used in batteries, semiconductors, or aerospace applications.
