Catalog description

This course discusses hacking techniques and countermeasures. It covers tools and techniques that can be used for identifying system vulnerabilities that hackers can take advantage of. The course provides students an opportunity to practice ethical hacking procedures for attempting unauthorized access to target systems and data. It also discusses incident handling procedures in case of an information security compromise.
