Catalog description

Inorganic Chemistry is a study that covers the principles and applications of inorganic chemistry. Topics include bonding theory, molecular symmetry, structure and periodic properties of elements, descriptive chemistry, inorganic acids and bases, redox reactions, coordination chemistry, introduction to solid-state chemistry, and organometallics chemistry. The laboratory is a required and integral component in introducing students to synthetic characterization and analysis techniques used in inorganic chemistry.
