Physical Chemistry II is a continuation of CHEM xxx4. Major topics include principles of quantum theory, fundamentals of chemical bonding, intermolecular interactions, spectroscopy, and statistical thermodynamics. The laboratory is a required and integral component in introducing students to physical chemistry experimental techniques, spectroscopic and spectrometric techniques, and statistics.
