Catalog description

Environmental Chemistry is a study of the chemical process that occurs in the environment using chemical principles. It covers topics including atmospheric chemistry, aqueous chemistry, geochemistry, climate change, energy, pollution, and pollution remediation. The laboratory is a required and integral component in introducing students to sample preparation, collection, and interpretation of data.
