Invertebrate zoology is a course designed for biology majors. It is a systematic study of the major taxa of invertebrate animals. Major topics covered include taxonomy, animal form and function, anatomical comparisons, diversity, and conservation. The laboratory is required and integral in introducing students to dissection and analytical evaluation.
