Catalog description

This course introduces the fundamentals of Biblical Hebrew, the language of the Old Testament. Students will learn the Hebrew alphabet, basic grammar, and essential vocabulary to begin reading and understanding simple biblical texts. Attention will also be given to the linguistic structure and historical context, further equipping students with foundational skills for exegetical study and further training in Biblical Hebrew.
