Catalog description
This course introduces students to the principles and practices of production management in live and location-based entertainment. Students will learn how to oversee complex productions from pre-production through post-production, coordinating across technical, creative, and logistical departments. The course emphasizes budgeting, cost tracking, scheduling, labor management, vendor coordination, health and safety, and real-world project leadership. Applications span theatre, touring, immersive installations, broadcast, and theme park experiences. Prerequisite or Corequisite: THE 257 .
