Catalog description

Topics include the content required to teach mathematics in the intermediate grades as well as strategies, activities, and materials for developing pedagogical competencies. A field component is required. Prerequisite: successful completion of an early childhood mathematics methods course such as TCE 318E (one of the courses in 4-5 endorsement for ECE students or for licensed ECE teachers).
