Children and youth in sport examines the influences on and consequences of the involvements of children and youth in sport. Includes the developmental analysis of children and youth that focuses on the description and explanation of biological, psychological, and social aspects that relate to sport participation. Graduate level student for SLM 573 . Prerequisite: Junior or Senior standing and enrolled as a Sport Management Major, Sport Coaching Major, Sport Communication and Media Major, Sport Management Minor, Coaching Minor, or Sport Analytics Minor - for SLM 473/SLM 573 .
