Catalog description
A didactic clinical medicine module course designed to help the student to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the impact of various manifestations of genitourinary and renal diseases. Students discuss normal anatomy and physiology, the role of genetic and social behaviors on the development and expressions of disease, common symptoms and physical examination findings, appropriate investigation/diagnostics, treatments across patient presentations and prognosis of various disease states. Prerequisite: Acceptance to the Physician Associate Program. Co-requisites: PAS 629 , PAS 631 , PAS 632 , PAS 633 .
