Catalog description

A didactic clinical medicine module course designed to help the student develop the necessary skills and knowledge to recognize, confirm and treat common, uncommon and complex dermatologic conditions. The student will consider the role of pharmacologic, non-pharmacologic treatment and surgical management of various expressions of disease discussed within this course. Prerequisite: Acceptance to the Physician Associate Program. Co-requisites: PAS 601 , PAS 602 , PAS 603 , PAS 611 , PAS 612 , PAS 613 , PAS 621 , PAS 623 .
