Catalog description

This course deals with mathematical modeling, analysis and controls of robots. Topics include spatial kinematics, forward and inverse kinematics rigid body dynamics, mechanism design for manipulators, static and force analysis, trajectory planning and control, linear motion control of robots and overview and application of different types of robots in industry. Prerequisites: MME 321 and MME 311 .
