Catalog description

Provides an in-depth study and practical knowledge of lean manufacturing engineering, principles, tools, and implementation strategies to eliminate waste while optimizing manufacturing competitiveness. The course focuses on design and continuous improvement methodologies for factory layout, digital twin, simulation, cellular manufacturing, lean manufacturing, cycle and takt time, costs, material flow, equipment selection, and sequence of operation.
