Catalog description

The course provides an overview of the software and hardware upon which nearly all emerging technology is predicated. Material is presented through the medium of a personal computer, but the course comprehends not only local (computer) issues but also issues fundamental to networks. Prerequisite: Standing as a major in the Emerging Technology degree program.
