Catalog description

Invites students to engage with the complexity and ethical dilemmas of global health as a practical field that seeks to work with organizations and local communities to improve health equity. Through engaged learning opportunities, students will gain skills in understanding, describing, and applying the transdisciplinary approaches of global health to problems of heath inequity. This course is the required gateway to the Global Health Minor. PA-2A, PA-4C, SI-05. CAS-C.
