Catalog description

Examines the cultural, social and political dimensions of urban planning and development practices of cities in the Americas. Drawing on an array of source materials and using multiple methods of representing past places, students apply analytical tools to document the nature, extent, and significance of urban change and to communicate their understanding of the complex forces shaping urban development in the Americas.
