Catalog description

Advanced corporate finance course covering short and long term financial management. Topics include working capital management, capital budgeting, capital issuance and structure, managing growth and expansion, leasing, and mergers and acquisitions. Cases and applied financial modeling are used throughout the course. Prerequisite: FIN 381 .
