Fundamentals of Financial Planning

Catalog description

This course provides an introduction to the principles and practices of personal financial planning. Students will explore the financial planning process including the construction and analysis of personal financial statements, cash flow management, debt and credit management, time value of money, education planning and psychology of financing planning. Students will engage in hands-on learning through case studies and real-world applications that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential to the profession.
